What to write about

• Editorial feedback — a piece of content that should be ranked higher or lower, a topic we missed, a summary that misrepresents the source.
• Takedown requests — if you are a rights-holder and want a specific link removed, please include the URL and proof of ownership. We respond within 72 hours on business days.
• Partnerships and integrations — APIs, syndication, white-label scoring; we are happy to chat about technical integrations that benefit our readers.
• Bugs and accessibility issues — broken pages, slow loads, screen reader problems, anything UI-related. Please include browser, OS, and a screenshot if possible.
• Press inquiries — we're a low-volume operation but happy to answer questions about our methodology or product.

Response times

We aim to reply to every legitimate email within two business days. Takedown requests, security disclosures, and accessibility issues are prioritised and typically answered the same day.
